Easter 2011

Here is an older post form this year. I saw this idea in a magazine and had to try it out. My son is 18 and it become hard to find things to do so we can celebrate the holidays. Coloring eggs for Easter is for little kids, so we made scuba eggs...lol

Scuba Eggs

First you will need to color only the bottom half of the eggs. They will look like they have pants on..lol

You will need to cut out some kind of feet shapes and cut straw to look like snorkels.

You will also need the caps off of water bottles.

My son spilled the red dye on the counter and it stained it pink

He gave me the famous boo boo lip

right before I had him clean the counter with provide

We used Elmer's glue to glue them together but it was very messy.

I would suggest hot gun if you try it.

They turned out pretty cute and they wee fun to make.

After they were dry they could stand up on their own.

Look at the cute little guy...hehehehehe

Fun in the snow

Here is another old post I found in my draft box from back in 2009

We got a lot of snow in February. I had watch it come down all day and night. I wanted to go out and see how deep it was. It was deep. I used a yard stick to measure it and yes it was very deep. My friend Beth was taking pictures of me playing in the snow. Look out Beth one is coming your way..lolMy husband came out and said I was being silly

and to come in before I got sick...lol

I said I want to have some fun and

maybe make a snow angel. He said" you better not".

I just turned to face him and I smiled really big
and fell back into the snow..lol

I was covered in snow but I didn't care.
I had not had that much fun since I was a kid...lol



My husband then comes out to see the angel.

He should not have come out there...hehehehehhehe

The fight was on!....LOL
I finally just started flinging snow at him,

forget the snowballs, more coverage this way

I was covered all over, but I had fun :-)
