Pumpkin Pies

Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients: 3 pies

1 large can pumpkin
4 eggs
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 ¼ cups sugar
3 cups gallon milk or 1½ cups canned milk and 1½ cups water
Shake of salt


1. Mix in a large bowl the pumpkin, cinnamon, salt and sugar.

2. Mix in eggs

3. After all other ingredients are mixed in well add the milk.

4. Pour into pie shells
5. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes
6. Reduce heat to 350
7. Cook until a knife inserted into pie comes out clean. I would say about an hour and 20 minutes, give or take a few minutes.
