OK, My friend calls me the other night to ask a Math question. Her son is having a problem with the last one and because I love Math most kids and parents call me for help. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out but it was a fun little question so I thought maybe you all would like to take a crack at it.
I am a whole number. Use these clues to figure out what number I am.
1. Half of me is greater than 20
2.One of my digits is double the other
3.One of my digits is a perfect square
What number am I
So give me an answer to what you think it is and I will tell you what I thought it was.

I'm too tired tonight to think very much, but I'll guess 42. Half of 42 is 21 so that is greater than 20. The four is the two doubled. And the four is 2 squared....isn't it? So, my answer is 42.

I'm not good at Math, but my guess is 48, too, just like Catbird.
I had made the same guess as Kat. I was thinking it was 42. In a couple of days I will put the aswer up on a blog and we can see who was right. I hope it is me,HE HE HE HE
It HAS to be 42 as that is the answer to Life, The Universe and Everything!
