Kennedy and Lincoln-Strange But True!!!

My mother has had this plaque hanging in her house for years. I remember reading it every so often while I was growing up. I never thought to much about it until the other day. She brings it over and asks me if I remember it. I said "ya sure it has been on that same wall for years". She then asks me if I have ever read it, again I tell her yes, but I don't think to much about it.

She sees that I am very busy with house work and lays it on the counter and tells me when I have the time that maybe I should read it again. I tell her OK and go on with my work. I finally get done with what needed to be done and sit down. I look over and see it just sitting there. I figure I better read it again or she will be angry when she comes back over, she just lives next door.

I have been reading this thing all my life but it never made an impact like it has now. I never realized how different things look to you as you get older. I never noticed how your out look on things can change. Well needless to say it was cool so I have decided to make a blog about it. There are some really neat truths on here. I am going to copy it word for word so I don't mess it up.
Lincoln-Kennedy, each contain seven letters. Lincoln was elected in 1860.Kennedy was elected in 1960.Both Presidents had legality of election contested. Both were directly concerned with issues of civil rights. Both were slain on Friday and in the presence of their wives. Their successors were named Johnson. Both were Southern Democrats, who previously had served in the U.S. Senate. Andrew Johnson born 1808. Lyndon Johnson born 1908.

Lincoln's secretary, named Kennedy, advised him not to go to the theatre.

Kennedy's secretary, named Lincoln, advised him not to go to Dallas.

Booth shot Lincoln in a theatre and hid in a warehouse.

Oswald shot Kennedy from a warehouse and hid in a theatre.

Booth and Oswald were murdered before trial could be arranged.

Andrew Johnson, Lyndon Johnson each contain thirteen
letters.

John Wilkes Booth, Lee Harvey Oswald each contain fifteen letters.

Lincoln and Kennedy were carried in death on the same caisson.

After reading this you just have to sit back and think to yourself "How weird is that?".

I have heard those things before, and I still am so amazed at all the similiarities! Weird!
